nut won't fit on skateboard truck!?

I try to screw the nut on my truck but it won't screw! anything i can do at home? i dont have a threader and i cant go to the skateshop... no ride

find a local hardware shop close by.

or ask one of your skater buddies to lend you a screw.

take a hacksaw and take the end off? thats what im gonna do, unless i find a threader.
