Hi. I should know this and I've had this discussion before with a few friends of mine but we didn't come to an answer.
Nutmeg....babies can't have nuts/pb til 2 yrs old. Is nutmeg somehow connected to nuts or is it just the name? I wanted to sprinkle some of that into her squash tomorrow. Not a lot but just enough for a different taste.
