Now, this is a pretty hardcore nutrition plan... but ive got a problem here. i am the pickiest eater of all. Its a texture thing, i cant stand lettuce or celery, i dont eat vegetables, and i absolutely despise bananas.
Im a carb lover. Breakfast is usually just cereal, usually special K or something thats whole grain. Lunch is usually either natural peanut-butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat or just cheese and triscuits. then typical dinner is either grilled chicken, whole grain pasta, or soup.
Im not much for trying new things either.
will i still get results on p90x?
