nutrition to gain lean muscle mass?

1. Low income budget

2. Just want advise ONLY on NUTRITION what to eat in oder to help gain muscle mass without losing my six pack abs but still look strong and great

3. 24 yrs. old 5' 11.75'' tall wide chested medium built. 29'' waiste. 160 lbs, but keep losing weight

4. Do I keep a food and exercise Journal if so I do I use it? I do I figure out calorie, protein, fat, and carb consumption through out the day between my 5 meals.

5. Currently I eat what my doctor how is certified in nutrition and currently is update on his continuing education on the subject: 7 servings of vegetables, 3 servings of meat, 2 servings of fruit.

Please remember I only would like advise amount nutrition not the latest most effective workout. Thanks.
