NYC Bars that are 18? Or don't card? Lounges?

I'm going out Friday night in Manhattan and am looking for either bars that are 18+ or bars that don't card at the door? (Carding at the bar is OK.)

Personally, I'm not drinking... Just hanging out with friends. But I want to be able to come along with them. (I'm weeks away from being 21.)
