Oblivion marketplace content?

About a year ago we got all of the Elder Scrolls: Oblivion content downloaded from Xbox Live. We bought it all and loved it. It was downloaded from my Dad's Profile, because he had a gold membership and nobody else had Xbox Live at the time. We had to get a new Xbox because our first had red ringed. The extra content transferred but for some reason only works on my dad's account now. The content that once worked on all the profiles on our Xbox 360 only works on HIS account now. Very irritating since I lost lots and lots of loot and stuff that I had left in Frostcrag Spire. But what's really irritating is that I can't play any of the expansions AND lost all of my achievement for those expansions! Any ideas guy's? Thanks.
