Obtaining a liscense to get a lynx?

I would like to know the requirements to get a lynx, as for my last question about it people gave me guff about it, im not in it for your opinion, i would like the question to be answered. I just want to now the requirements to get a permit to raise a baby lynx, so that when it is older, it will not be hostile, ans as for that, before the laws came into tact my mothers friends owned lynx and they were very lovable not aggressive at all. any usefull sites would be helpfull
 
Lovable? Not agressive?Is that why most of them end up in wildlife refuges when they are adults?
 
Sorry, but I'm fairly sure it's illegal to own most wild animals. Closest you are going to get to a lynx is if you get a job at a zoo.
