do you want to see the most and why? The Rolling Stones
The Who
Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band
Bon Jovi

I would have to go with the Stones. I saw them on their most recent tour five years ago and they were amazing. I saw the Who two years ago and they did everything but Magic Bus. The last time I saw Bruce (last year) was extremely satisfying even though he's my favorite and I would catch every night of the tour if I could. I don't think Bon Jovi could top the last time I saw them (this year), but anything's possible.
 
I'd go see the Stones. There's a better chance that someone in the band will drop dead of a heart attack during the concert, and you get to say that you were there.
