Ohio bird hunting laws?

Is legal to hunt regular birds with pellet gun. I have looked in ohio hunting laws but I can find the bird I'm looking for. Not sure what they are called but they are pest and they are farely small and black is it ok to shoot and kill?
 
Most regular birds are federally protected as song birds. There are also game birds that the state controls hunting. Then there are waterfowl, which are federally controlled but managed by the states. In most areas, it is legal to kill starlings, pigeons, and english house sparrows since they are feral.
