Just got it and wanna do the oil change myself, now i hear bmw's are a little different about the pan being aluminum, so is it safe for me to change the oil or take it to some euro car shop? Thanks

Sure, just be sure that you do not cross thread the oil plug when reinserting it in the oil pan. Do not over tighten the oil drain plug. If I were unsure I would find out what torque the manufactured recommended and use a torque wrench. When you replace the oil filter clean the sealing gasket surface on the engine and put a little oil on the filter seal to lubricate it. Fill the filter with oil before replacing it. Do not over tighten it either.Hand tight then one quarter turn. Filling the filter will prevent a dry start that can damage the engine. For safety sake if using a jack to get under it use jack stands and a chock. if ramps use two chocks.

being a 95 model shouldn't really be that special.
If you've done your own oil changes you should be alright
do it yourself and save the money those "euro car shops"
