oily film ond windows when defrosting 96 ranger 2.3 and low coolant?

i just posted heat only worked when reving engine. i added fluid and it worked. but i still have a glaze on the windows. i wiped them clean and drove it for 15 mins and theres starting to get a glazzy film like again . can u help? heatercore? maby
