I bought another alternator because my battery had tanked and when i took it to the mechanic they said my diode was bad. So i went and got another battery and alternator thinking i had fixed the problem but apparently have not i have a baby on the way and i need this car to run long enough until i can get another one. since replacing the alternator and battery i have went through two other batteries i have had the alternator tested and am at a loss. Is there anything else that could drain a battery that quickly and i dont leave any lights or anything like that on. The mechanic i got it from says its the alternator had that tested and its not that.
