Today I have been drinking like a fish. Water after water after water. Normally I'll drink up to 2litres a day but feel I've far exceeded this today.
I know it's probably nothing but I feel like I shouldn't be drinking this much water. Although I cannot get rid of the thirst. It's actually starting to annoy me.
Should I take it as a sign and just give my body what it's asking or should I try stop now before I just become bloated?
Hmm, I had one glass of wine tonight but I couldn't even finish it. It made me feel sick.
