Ok My LG 800 prepaid cell phone no longer sends or receives phone calls.?

I still have over 1000 minutes and almost a year left until I need to buy another card. It worked fine until this morning. Nothing happened. It just poofed. Has anyone had this type of issue before? Is my phone lost and gone forever???
 
Turn your phone off and back on to see if this resets your phone. If this does not work, call Tracfone and tell them what is wrong with your phone. If your phone is under a year old and Tracfone can not fix your problem, they will send you a new phone.

If your phone is over a year old and Tracfone can not fix your phone. You can buy a new phone and transfer your service from the old phone to the new phone. Go to the Tracfone website and you can transfer the service(minutes, service days) online. It will take any where from a few minutes to a few hours.
