...unexpectedly. please try again."? i really don't understand why it started doing this...i've done some research and it says the common reason is that i tried to uninstall and or update something..but i hadn't done any of that. i have heard of how you can fix it but i really just refuse to do it. the hardreset will take all of my settings and revert it back to factory settings. right NOW, that is not an option....please help? asap ?
