They can drink from a bowl, but I think they'd prefer it from a bottle. If you do buy a bowl buy a different one to that, something like this, which isn't hard to tip over and isn't as small as that one!

And yes, lovely playpen!

Feel free to email me if you have anymore questions!

Guinea pigs cannot drink out of a bowl. They need a bottle which will be easier for them to use and keep the water clean. A bowl will only get knocked over and soak them. That play pen is for hamsters and would be far too small for guinea pigs.

That bowl would not be the best idea for their water. It's too small (even if you have a bigger one), guinea pigs drink lots of water! And they wold most likely tip it over at some point, or get bedding and poop in it. Then the water it gone, or not fresh.
That playpen will be ok, it's not too short, but may be too small, it depends on what size their cage is. If their cage is bigger then than that then it's too small. Unless you plan on using the playpen outside for grass time, it'd be fine, even if it is smaller then their cage. But inside, it's not helpful if you move them to a smaller place to play in, they'd rather be in the bigger cage.
If you get two guinea pigs, you need a big cage! A cage bigger then the size of that playpen mat is what you need!
They can be ok in a small cage, but much happier if bigger. And they'll need more play time if in a smaller cage.

I would get them a bottle. The bowl makes too much of a mess.
Also, for a cage, I would try building them a C&C cage. It will be quite big, especially for two.
Please make sure you have a good place for it in your home.
