okay i was whaking my head after shower and a two red birds flew out?

Do they belong up in my head? They were chirping really hard but it seemed like only my invisible dog can understand him and he wrote on a fortune cookie that the birds needs to go back in my head. What shound I do?
Right now I have a reaaally hot soup and I am ready to cook the 2 red birds.
