work and talk about the truck title and ? When you get down there you both are outside on the restaurant property that she works at talking, and the conversation gets rated and she ends up hitting you and storming back into the restaurant to finish her shift, is the restaurant liable for their worker? Since I didn't have my cell phone on me, I went inside and asked a manager if they can call the police for me, the manager than told me no that I need to go somewhere else and call. This isn't the first time that I have been assaulted by my soon to be ex wife. She already has a domestic violence on her and is on unsupervised probation for it. But my question is, since the manager wanted to discriminate on calling the police for me can they get in trouble since the assault happened on their property, while my ex was on the clock?

Don't go there. Involving the manager of your soon to be ex wife isn't a cool thing to do. I understand that you want to lash out at your wife because you're so angry at her, but trying to punish a third party isn't the way you should be channeling your energy. Have you tried counseling?
