Okay so I need a little help with my DS and my camera?

Okay so i have a DS i XL and I want to record some of my gameplay on it with my Nikon Coolpix L22 12.0 megapixel 3.6x zoom easy auto mode. Now I test runned my rexcording gameplay , but whenever I record it it becomes blurry. I'm not sure why, so could I pelase have some help :(
