numbers? I need to find a service manual on my outboard I also need to know where i can find the engines information /specs through either serial number manufactures vin stamp whatever it is and where ever it is, IS what i need to know thank you.
There are several companies that publish service manuals for outboard motors. Seloc is pretty good. Chrysler sold out to US Marine who marketed them as Force outboards......and by the 90's it they where bought by Mercury Marine. I'd almost bet your local Library will have something that will be useful.
some models where built for 20 years or so with only minor changes.
