which the mixture? on a 2008 Peugeot vivacity scooter, on the engine case left side, there are the two adjustment screws for low idle and fuel mixture. Which screw is the low idle, and which the mixture?
and is clockwise or anti clockwise faster/slower and rich/lean?

I believe the bottom screw is idle and the top is mixture, but I am not sure.
