on blackberry desktop software the apps i want to add say there pending...?

I have a bb 8900 prepaid without contract, and when i installed the blackberry desktop software and wanted to add stuf like the brickbreaker that was not on my phone it says pending installation, and it dsnt installl!!! what should i do?
