On day 5 of eating healthier, I felt "off" for the first few days but starting
to feel better is this normal? I am a 28 year old female and I have changed my diet to be much healthier as I had a few too many upset stomachs over the past few months. Also I just though it was a smart choice and maybe I'd lose some weight. I am eating lots of fruits and veggies, whole grains and lean protein such as chicken and fish. I have also reduced the amount of dairy products I am consuming but still have pro-biotic organic yogurt.
The first few days of this diet I felt "off" with tiredness and a mildly upset stomach but seem to feel quite a bit better today. Is this normal when changing your diet for the better?
