On my iPhone - how do I get a song I down loaded as a ringtone.?

I bought a song off of iTunes from my phone and I can't figure out how to set it as a ringtone. I also can't figure out how to delete an app that I don't want. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
where on my iPhone do I go to buy ring tones. Do I just do it through any website. On my old phone it had a direct link. Or I could do it off of the AT&T website.
 
You cant buy a full song and set it as a ringtone thru itunes you have to actually buy a ringtone an set that to work unless it is unlocked
