On SpongeBob SquarePants, Is The "Kuddly Krab" A 1960's Styled Restaurant?

In the episode of SpongeBob SquarePants, "Bossy Boots", Pearl changes the Krusty Krab into the "Kuddly Krab". Is the "Kuddly Krab" a 1960's styled restaurant?

If you want it to be. I think they were going for "girly" and "cute", but that works too.
