when it tells you how many mg there is... there is also another one that is ug but the U is a funny one... what does this mean? The one I have is calcium + vitamin D and the vitamin D is like 5ug or maybe it was 0.5ug ........ im not sure... does anyone know ? it says 2 of the pills is 100% of your daily allowance. But I also take cod liver oil capsule in the morning and that is 50% RDA vitamin D.... so is it ok to take that in the morning and also take the 2 other ones later on in the day?
