SEE IT DEPENDS HAVE YOU DOWNLOADED THE ACTUAL FILE USING .TORRENT FILE WHICH YOU CAN DO IT BY OPENING .TORRENT FILE IN UTORRENT AND IF YES THEN YOU CAN MOVE THE OUTPUT FILE TO ANY PC ONCE YOU FINISHED DOWNLOADING IT

BUT IF YOU HAVE NOT DOWNLOADED THE ACTUAL FILE USING .TORRENT FILE AND WANT TO MOVE THAT .TORRENT FILE TO ANOTHER COMPUTER TO DOWNLOAD IT FROM IT THEN YOU CAN DO THAT

IN EITHER SITUATION YOU NEED UTORRENT AND A NET CONNECTION IN BOTH PC TO DOWNLOAD THE ACTUAL FILE FROM THE .TORRENT FILE

(NOTE:YOU CAN ALSO USE OTHER TORRENT DOWNLOADIN CLIENTS LIKE BITCOMMET OR ELSE INSTEAD OF UTORRENT)
FOR YOUR ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE
(.TORRENT FILE ARE THE FILES IDENTIFIED BY TORRENT CLIENTS AND GIVES THEM PATH TO DOWNLOAD ACTUAL FILE ON PEER TO PEER NETWORK)

Okay, so my computer is SLOW AS HELL. But the one downstairs is fast, so I was wondering: could I do everything on the computer downstairs, like, download the torrents, then put them on a USB and bring them onto my computer?
I'm new at all of this, so any help is welcomed, aha..

You can easily move the torrent files to another PC. However the decent thing to do would be to copy the files and leave the originals on the downstairs PC until your share ratio is above 1. Bittorrent relies on people sharing as much as they download.
