Whenever I try to access my internet through firefox or explorer, the computer says "firefox has stopped working" then occasionally a message pops up that someone is trying to access my computer and all my personal files can be tracked.
Does anyone know how can I safely use the internet or should I avoid using it on my laptop?
I also changes some firewall settings to default afterwards and now i can't even access msn.....
also i have avg anti virus...should i run a scan or what, it says everything is secure.
