...we still eat it? I know the general rule is to throw it out when it has meat or other at risk food in it but I don't want to waste all that food, whats the chances it would make me sick?
 
If they have been sitting at room temp for more than 2 hours they need to be tossed out. Room temp is between 68 and 77 degrees fahrenheit.
 
I would not refridgerate them as they've sat out at room temp long enough to allow bacteria to grow. You can however reheat them and eat them tonight. If you have a meat thermometer, make sure they are between 140 and 160 degrees fahrenheit, which will kill the bacteria, but you won't be eating spoiled meat.
