opel astra estate confusion?

She has compression, all plugs are firing but she is still missing on the 3rd cylinder, when i pull the lead out on the 3rd plug there is no difference what so ever, have tested a whole load of things but cant seem to figure what it could be, starting to wonder if it could be an electrical problem, anybody else experince this problem,it has bing doing this for about a year now and hasent got any worse so i cant see it being a valve because it should have worsend since then.
 
Have you pulled plug out, connected it to the plug lead and then earthed it to make sure there is a spark?
If you have a spark then its not an electrical problem.
You said all plugs are firing, the it is obviously a fuel or cylinder problem. You said you have compression, have you done a compression test?
