We have no idea of the rights and wrongs of the boardroom battle at Opera Software, the Norwegian maker of pared-down browser software. Maybe Jon S von Tetzchner, the founder and chief executive, was indeed running the company into the ground. Whatever. It's refreshing to see an entrepreneur play hardball, rather than doing the right thing, resigning, and then whining for the next decade about the cunning investors who stole his baby.
