Orders with borders.com...?

I just put in an order for two books at borders.com and i have recieved an email saying it has been shipped and on its way. I just realised that it will be shipped to my home address and I won't be home when its shipped. Its too late for me to modify the order but I was just wondering what will happen to the order? Does it go to the post office or do they send it back...? What can I do about it?
Also, i want to call customer care to ask but I live in Australia and the numbers can't be connected with the phone. it says on the website, "Customers outside of the U.S. may contact us at 615.287.1704". It won't work, the phone says it can't be connected. Do i need to put in an area code or something? Does anyone know what number I can call?

Oh dear! You need to contact their customer service, or your telecommunications provider for further advice. The item MAY be returned, either to the courier depot, or the originating office.
Or maybe;
Ask a neighbor to collect for you?
Next time use a company which will mail out (prepaid) to a post office, where it can be held for collection, it used to be called "poste restante"

Next time, think before you make online purchases, this is the least of your worries, it could be worse if you haven't thought carefully about online sales and purchases.
