Outrageous cingular bill?

I got a $688 bill from cingular yesterday for one month of service. They claim that my minutes "expired" and now im stuck with this huge charge. My bill is usually about $30. Do I have any options?
 
I used to work for a cell phone company. You always have "options." Were you notified that your minutes would expire? Playing dumb works at least once with every cell phone company. If you call and the person says there is nothing they can do, call back and get a different rep. who WILL help.

Edit: and when you call, I hope you don't get "mustang fan." That's now a person who would help you.
