Over the years, I have loved what the "Travel Channel" was..umm...?

Does anyone esle agree that it is now another "food" channel? umm Man vs Food, Andrew Zimmerman, Anthony Bordain, Best Pigout Places?...what happened to the "Travel", Samantha Brown's hotel reviews... I miss Beach Sandcastle Wars, and Florida's best fill in the blank. You turn the channel on and it's all about food!?! Like %95 of the time...what happened?

Yeah, we got cable not too long ago and I was really excited to watch all the good Travel Channel shows, but now there's never anything good! My seventh grade social studies teacher showed us Samantha Brown shows all the time. I bet he's really bummed too.

I filled out a survey on their web site and I said the exact same thing. I haven't watched any of their regular programs in years. Personally I don't want to see a guy eat a Yak stomach soup.
