I'm 23 years old (almost 24). I'm not over weight.....or underweight....probably a perfectly healthy weight for myself...but I want to improve my body. I gather all of my "fat weight" in my STOMACH and Butt. My butt, I enjoy getting weight there, but obviously not in my stomach...
I'm 5'3 and 119 lbs.
Currently I go to the gym every day for seven consecutive days, with 1 rest day after the 7 consecutive days.
I alternate each day....1 day 45 minutes of cardio, 1 day circuit training.....
As far as food goes, I have always been super thin until reaching into my twenties so food has never been a concern to me and I just ate whatever I felt like whenever I felt like it.
I've slowly began to change my eating habits to be healither but am so confused lately that it's completely aggrevating. I don't know if the choices that I make are benefitial to my fitness goals or if I am on the right track and it makes me extremely annoyed,
If there is anyone who can help, please send me your suggestions.
My fitness goals are to not really loose any weight. I'd like to tone up my body slightly, gain muscle mass in my thighs and butt....and achieve a flat ab defined belly.
I understand fitness goes a long way and my dedication and mind is completely comfortable with that aspect and staying committed.
Nutrition wise....I am following this type of schedule (which varies on what I groceries I have and what I have time for, but a basic day is)
5:45 AM- GYM
WATER!!!
7:00 AM- Small 6 oz cup of coffee (2 packets of artificial sweetner and 2 creamer)
7:30 AM- Granola Bar (Oats and Honey)
Water the entire rest of the day until I go to bed
Lunch time: Salad (Lettuce, Carrots, Spinach, Red Pepper, Green Pepper)
4 slices of roasted deli chicken
Snack time: (i was doing this, suggested by someone at the gym, but havent done it this week)...I'd try to have fruit or vegetables.....either raw red pepper & green pepper or strawberries or a bananna.
Dinner time: Always varies from things like salmon & rice, porkchops and vegetables, meatloaf and vegetables, Crab Legs, Baked Chicken.
Vegetables usually consist of brocoloi, beans, red pepper, green pepper, brussel sprouts, corn, sweet potatoes.
Any suggestions? Please Help!!!
THANK YOU
