P90X... Can I substitute activites for some dvd workouts?

I just began doing p90x a couple weeks back, and can already tell that I am beginning to get in shape. On the weekends though, I play alot of basketball and sometimes go golfing, and decide not to do the Yoga X and some other workouts. I skip those days, then when the week begins start back up with the regular routine. So I am still doing chest and back, plyometrics, shoulders and arms, then when the week begins I do a little of legs and back and a little of kenpo X. This seem like it will hinder my results or should I be fine?
