For all those who have done it and followed the meal plan. Today, two weeks into the program I completely and utterly ran out of energy while doing Chest and Back + Abs. I'm on the fat shredder part of the nutrition plan, and don't have that much fat on my body. Was this the infamous bonking described in the plan? Should I switch to the Energy Booster part of the plan? Unfortunately I don't have a body fat caliper so can't give you an exact percentage on my fat, and I know my guess would be inaccurate.
