okay so im 18 years old, i go to school, i work, i play soccer and i coach and i have tutoring.
i really don't have time to really follow the nutrition plan like im supposed to. unfortunately, i read that it is one of the main reasons for getting amazing results. what should i do if i really cant follow the nutrition plan???

Before working out, eat complex carbs, such as whole grains and wheats. Don't eat any white flour carbs at all, or sugars. White four carbs is basically anything white, lol. Eat lots of protein, however much you weigh, multily it by 1, and that's how much you should get in a day. Eat your meals twice as often, chew twice as much, but make sure your portions are half as much as well. No more then 10g saturated fats a day, there really not good for you, you should also have no trans fat what so ever. Some examples of good foods to eat are fat free greek yogurt, deli meats, chicken breast, beef, fat free beef jerky, egg whites, and beans. You can never go wrong with fruits and vegetables either, just don't over due the fruit, it does have some sugars in it, but it's natural and has lots of antioxidants, so some is good. Take a multi vitamin, when eating a strict meal plan and having a less caloric intake, your probably not going to get all the vitamins and minerals you should, so a multi vitamin supplement should cover you there.
