p90x nutrition, please help!?

I am 18 years old and currently live by myself so I determine what I eat. I've worked out on and off with p90x so I'm not going in cold turkey but I've decided to finally put all my focus on p90x so i can get my mind off things. I'll be doing phase 1 cardio + regular work out starting in a few days but I'd like to try and follow the nutrional guide as well. I read it but I'm completely lost so I figured I would ask for help. I am not a picky eater so please any suggestions would be highly appreciated. I just need to know exactly what I have to eat and how much of it for breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and evening snack. For example, eat brand X cereal (amount such as something sized cup) with X kind of milk (such as low-fat 2 something sized cup) for breakfast. Sorry I'm being a little picky but I need it to be very blunt here, thank you!
