I'm pretty skinny. I'm 18, 5'8 and I weigh 130. I don't need to lose anymore weight. I am currently taking whey protein. If I just do the dvds on the days that I work my muscles(chest and back)(shoulders and arms)(legs and back) will it affect my results? I know I probably won't get the same results but I don't need to lose anymore weight. I am eating the right amount of calories and healthy foods. I kinda just need to get rid of the flab on my stomach. Will hiit training once a week work? Or should I just do a little bit of cardio with the muscle working dvds?
