I've got a packard bell store and save 3500 external hard drive, it's been working perfectly till yesterday when it started making a loud noise and the green light on the front went off. also my computer isn't seeing it at all. i haven't had it for long and have a lot of data on it. is there anyway to repair it or to get my data off it.
