Pagan Symbols, please help?

I was just watching a youtube vid and the guy was a pagan and he said that he had symbols drawn on his arm to help to heal him, they were healing symbols. Could i do the same thing for confidence is there any confidence symbols? Or is there anything else i could do for confidence?
