Pain on top of skull :[ ?

Well, first things first. I'm 19 and I can't remember when I first started having pain since it's been a long time and I can not remember my entire childhood. All that I know is that when I was young, like PreK-Preschool young, I had a fench fall on me. It was my sister's fault and yeah, I bled but my mom never found out as my sister covered it up well and it never came up. It still feels like I have a cracked skull for some reason and it feels like something keeps pressing down on it...like right now. I have been trying to figure out what it is but I'm no expert on this. Does anyone have any idea what this pain could be? It hurts so bad right now :(
