Panasonic plasma tv buzzes when hooked up to Rogers HD box - any fixes for this?

New tv, only buzzes when using HD box, sound is fine when playing a dvd, or cable is put directly into the tv.

Rogers said to reboot, which I did twice, with no change.

Any suggestions before I return everything???
