No you'll get billed for it. Yes, your connected to the phone company's server, but your using the sim to get to it. You will get a large bill, and more than likely, have the internet on your phone shut off due to high usage. Phone companies have departments to watch for this kind of thing. There are packages you can get to cover it, but they tend to be expensive.
 
I would like to know if i can access the internet like i can with my laptop like connect to the wireless internet i pay for on my phone and not get billed because i am connected to the phone company's server.
