pantech slate from att, stuck flashing att logo?

Did you drop the phone, or has it been water damaged? If not, this is probably an issue that should be taken up with the warranty department. You should never have to reset a phone for it to work properly.

If you have had the phone for less than one year and it has not been physically damaged in any way, AT&T will send you a replacement phone, free of charge. The number for warranty is 1800-801-1101.
 
I have a pantech slate from att. It is now flashing the opening startup att logo, it flashes on and off. It wont even let me turn off and restart with the off key. I had to take the battery and sim out to turn off. And when I restart it, it does the same thing. Ive seen somewhere before special codes to enter, that can reset phone. But I need help, anyone had this problem and how to try to fix. Id hate to go buy a new phone, and then find out it was some easy fix I didn't know about.
