I'm a 20 year old college junior looking into summer internships in biology. So far, I've gotten a few interviews, but no solid leads. Throughout the semester, I've been poking around for internships, but still, either nothing strikes my fancy or I get nothing at all in my search.
My parents have been harassing me about getting an internship, and even my job at petco isn't good enough for them. They make me feel like if I don't get an internship, I won't find a job after college. PERIOD. I applied for a summer orientation position at my college, but because it's not relevant to my field, they don't want me to do it. It won't kill ME if I don't get one. Don't get me wrong, I've been trying, but they make it seem like it's do or die. What should I do? HELP!!!
