Your cat was hit by a car and needs surgery to repair his hip and jaw. Even with this surgery the vet is not making any promises on a full recovery (his jaw may be too badly damaged to repair so he wouldn't be able to eat again).
Would you use your families vacation $$$ to pay for the surgery OR would you opt to put the animal down?
*your cat is in a lot of pain *but* is heavily medicated at this point.
~thanks for the nice thoughts. This is hypothetical. I don't have any pets. I did have this happen to one of my cats as a child and my parents had her put down. Nothing to do with vacation $$$, I just wanted to see what people thought
