My husband and I are not in the same household per my request for a break but we are still claiming to be a couple and not single. Ok well....we have had T-Mobile for over 7 yrs and all this time I have been able to log in to the account was we have a shared account for both our numbers and I am able to pay the bill monthly, upgrade, or whatever it is I need to do. I go on there to look at upgrades a few weeks back and the password that we have had for over 7 yrs. had been changed. He tells me that he had to change it one day b-cause he wanted to get into the account and couldn't b-cause he didn't know the password, when all he had to do was pick up a phone and call and ask me what the password was. So I ask him for the new password and he tells me that at the time due to all the snow that we got, T-Mobile's website was not working. So I ask again a few days later and he gives me what he says is the password and I try to log in and the password doesn't work. He says that he called T-Mobile and is told several people are having problems log gin in to their accts. Days go by and he continues to tell me the same thing...So finally I am starting to think that since we have a shared account, he didn't want me to go on there and see who he had been talking to because with T-Mobile you can see who is being text, called etc...He finally comes clean and tells me that yea he had been talking to another female about 2 weeks ago and that he just didn't want me calling her and starting crap. Then tells me that he would give me the "REAL" password ONLY if I didn't go on his account and call numbers off his number listings...How am I supposed to feel?? He got mad cause I went and got me a phone through another company, because I don't see why I should want to pay for a phone account that I don't have access to..Am I wrong?
