I am making pasta with egg and parmesan combined. After I made it I noticed a few tweaks I need to make, one of the biggest ones being the egg. I want the egg to coat the pasta not just look like I scrambled some eggs and added it to a bowl of pasta. If anyone could send me their recipe or just tell me how to fix this that would be awesome.
